In accordance with the term “Open Innovation” we are interested in cooperating with ambitious startups in order to boost the realization of innovative ideas and to grow into new promising markets. We strive to bridge startups and markets from the first prototype to the final market ready product. Within the scope of our six focus areas we want to explore innovative products, services, and business models. Why to cooperate with Conrad? Product Development

We support your product development activities with advice from the Conrad Technology Center and through our network of design and development partners. Our renkforce 3D-printers exemplify the product development know-how and competencies of our engineers and private label team.

Manufacturing & Sourcing

With over 90 highly qualified specialists in three key locations in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and scouts in Taiwan and South Korea, Conrad Electronic International (CEI) provides support by granting access to our pool of suppliers, mass production consultation, packaging, and technical documentation.

Sales & Marketing

We provide access to all our sales channels (online shop, catalogue, retail stores) with strong sales capabilities especially in Europe. Beyond that, we offer the opportunity to market your product under one of our established private labels. Our sales representatives and marketing experts can help to boost your sales.

Logistics & Distribution

Our central logistics hub claims an area of 100,000 square meters and is equipped with the newest automation technology including a shuttle racking system servicing 200.000 SKUs. It is one of the most advanced logistics and warehousing facilities in Europe and can ship up to 70,000 parcels per day. We call it “The Beast”.

Qualifying Criteria

The following qualifying criteria will improve your chance of getting accepted:

You already established a business (e.g. GmbH, Ltd., etc.)
Core competencies needed for realization are available in your team
Pitch deck / business plan is ready
Working Prototype available
Optional: Successfully finished first round of funding

Application Process

First, you fill out our short questionnaire about your business. Filling out takes approximately 5-10 minutes. Next, we will review your answers and decide if you fit into our program. If everything seems good, we will have a personal meeting.
